The average VA Purchase Loan amount for Mississippi in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025 was $293,556, according to the Veterans Affairs Home Loans Index.
By comparison, Mississippi’s average VA Purchase Loan amount for the third quarter was $297,483.
