A Brandon resident, Beu Patrick Hall, 41, has pleaded guilty to possessing with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine. The plea was entered in federal court following an incident in August 2022, when Hall sold approximately 83 grams of methamphetamine for $1,100 at a Motel 6 in Jackson.

Hall is scheduled for sentencing on December 10, 2025. He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of ten years in prison. The final sentence will be determined by a federal district court judge who will consider the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

“Acting U.S. Attorney Patrick A. Lemon of the Southern District of Mississippi and Robert Eikhoff, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Jackson Office, made the announcement.”

The case is being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Bert Carraway is handling the prosecution.
