Fall 2022 Semester Honor Roll List Released
East Mississippi Community College President Dr. Scott Alsobrooks has announced the Fall 2022 Semester Honor Roll students.
Students with a grade point average of 3.2 to 3.49 made the Dean’s List, while those with a GPA of 3.5 to 4.0 earned a spot on the President’s List.

Mississippi ranks 30 among U.S. states for teacher starting salaries, with an average starting salary of $42,336 in 2024, according to the National Education Association (NEA).
College tuition fees rose 2.3% in Mississippi in the 2022-23 school year, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.
In the Center for Education Reform’s 2024 Parent Power Index, Mississippi secured the thirtieth position, with an Overall Parent Power Index Score of 65.5%.
