The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office released its daily crime report on May 15, detailing several arrests and calls for service from May 14.

The report lists a variety of incidents across the county. Brian Sanders was arrested for domestic violence – simple assault at 8706 Seaman Road in St. Martin. At Lemoyne Boulevard and Brittany Avenue, Jaime Mendoza was arrested for driving under the influence. Tyanne Valdes was arrested for public drunkenness at 13838 Wilfred Seymour Road in St. Martin.

Several residents reported crimes or disturbances throughout the day. Aaron Swensen reported a fraud or scam at 1701 South 11th Street, while Colin McDonald reported malicious mischief at 7260 Barley Drive in St. Andrews. Multiple domestic disputes were reported by Ella Jane Lindbergh (2413 Esplanade Street), Nicole Shank (6412 Washington Avenue), Dayna Payne (7621 Portland Drive), and Cassie Stinson (4301 Mimosa Drive). Mickey Powell reported trespassing at 16801 Shenandoah Road in Hurley, and Cornelia Akins reported a domestic dispute at 6632 Cortez Circle in St. Martin.
