Jada Kirk is the Division Director for Financial Management at MDOT. Financial Management has multiple departments, including payroll.
Kirk and her team pay the bills for MDOT, they pay the contractors and vendors and they also handle payment requests that come from all of MDOT’s districts and divisions. They are also responsible for the financial reporting for the agency, they deal with auditors for the financial audit, federal audit, payroll audit, etc.

An El Salvadoran man, Jose Rigoberto Mejia-Cubias, has been sentenced to 24 months in federal prison for unlawful reentry after being removed from the United States.
