Warmer weather means increased mosquito activity! Mississippi has already reported two West Nile virus cases this year, and peak season (July through September) is just around the corner. West Nile virus can cause flu-like symptoms, and occasionally serious illness or death. Take precautions to protect yourself and your family from WNV and other mosquito-borne diseases.
