Pearl River Community College-Forrest County Center cost $3,410 in tuition and fees for students studying in-state, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

This ranks Pearl River Community College-Forrest County Center as one of the five cheapest schools in Mississippi in 2022.

The amount paid per in-state students in tuition and fees was unchanged from the previous year.

Out-of-state students attending Pearl River Community College-Forrest County Center in 2022 were expected to pay $5,410, which is $1,000 more than the previous year.

The average cost of college has more than doubled in the 21st century, growing by more than 7% every year. In-state students can expect to spend nearly $10,000 on tuition alone per year at a public, 4-year post-secondary school.Meanwhile, out-of-state tuitions averages $27,457.
