WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Roger Wicker, R-Miss., on June 30 issued the following statement upon learning of the release of the Supreme Court decision in 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis:

“The Supreme Court got it right on religious freedom. All Americans should be free to pursue their professions without being forced to sacrifice their religious beliefs,” Wicker said.

Wicker joined 20 senators and 38 members of the House of Representatives in an amicus brief last year supporting 303 Creative.
