MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, INC: Coast Centurion Annual Meeting 2020

Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce, Inc. issued the following announcement on Feb. 17. 

The Coast Centurion Association will host its Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 5, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. at the Knight Nonprofit Center. This event will highlight their 2019 contributions as well as review 2020 goals. Updates from each local base will be given.

Updates will be given by Major General Andrea Tullos, Keesler Air Force Base 2nd Air Force; Colonel Heather Blackwell, 81st Training Wing, Keesler Air Force Base; Colonel Berry McCormick, Combat Readiness Training Center; Colonel Rodney McCraine, 403rd MSG Commander; and Captain William Whitmire, Naval Construction Battalion Center.

“Our military installations are a vital part of the fabric of the Gulf Coast,” said Adele Lyons, Chief Executive Officer of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce, Inc. “The economic impact alone is staggering, and the personnel add so much to our community. The Centurion Association is proud to host this annual meeting to hear updates from the commanders of our installations and share this information with the community.”

Doors to the event will open at 7:30 a.m., and the program will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. There is no charge for admission, but pre-registration is highly encouraged.
