Weekly COVID-19 cases reported to MSDH continued to decline as of March 14, though not as rapidly as in the last several weeks. Hospitalizations for COVID-19 also continue to trend slightly downward, a sign that cases of severe COVID-19 illness in the state are growing fewer.
MSDH offers free COVID-19 testing around the state. COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters are available free of charge at county health departments and at providers statewide.
