The Mississippi Lottery Corporation has announced the completion of its February transfer, amounting to $9,436,279.97 in net proceeds, to the Lottery Proceeds Fund within the Mississippi State Treasury. This recent contribution elevates the total transfer for Fiscal Year 2025 to approximately $74,372,844.04.
Since ticket sales began in November 2019, the lottery has transferred over $653 million to the state. These figures are subject to confirmation through an annual financial audit.
In other developments, a new promotion is underway with the $5 Pink Panther Diamond Tripler scratch-off game. The top prize is $100,000 and offers additional winning opportunities through a bonus promotion. Players can enter non-winning tickets into the Mississippi Lottery 2nd Chance portal for a chance at a $100,000 second chance prize and other prizes ranging from $100 gift cards to $25,000 in cash.
