Baptist Golden Triangle Receives Human Experience Guardian Of Excellence Award

Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle is a recipient of Press Ganey’s Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award for Employee Experience and Physician Engagement.

This award recognizes hospitals and clinics that perform in the top 5% of health care organizations for patient experience, patient or physician engagement or clinical quality performance during a year’s time.

“This recognition a clear indication of our staff’s commitment to excellence and consistently providing a great experience and quality care for patients,” said Paul Cade, CEO and administrator of Baptist Golden Triangle. “We are proud of both our physician and employee engagement scores that have been in the top percentile rankings of hospitals in our system for the past two years. When your employees and physicians are satisfied, it shows in the high quality of care you give your patients,” Cade added.
